A blizzard hits the runway at Jeju International Airport.

In some areas of Muan, Jeollanam-do, more than 30cm of snow fell, and 10~20cm of snow was accumulated in Yeonggwang, Mokpo, and Shinan areas.

During the night, the villagers in the mountainous villages, where snow was concentrated, were stranded.

In Gochang, Buan, Gunsan, and Mokpo, Jeollanam-do, Jeollabuk-do, the snow froze and vehicles had to operate with turtles.

On the eve of Christmas and on the day of Christmas, snow removal work was carried out for the second day in a cold wave of around minus 20 degrees Celsius on the east coast of Gangwon, where a maximum of 50 centimeters of snow fell.
