After receiving a report that he had been assaulted at his boyfriend’s house, police arrived at the scene and found marijuana in the house. This man, who appeared on several TV shows as the director of a dermatology department, was charged with possession of narcotics as well as special injuries.

Reporter Hyung-woo Jeon reported exclusively.

A report came in at 119 PM on the 19th.

It was about his older sister being assaulted by her boyfriend in an apartment in Seoul.

After a while, my sister said it was okay and canceled the report.

The report was canceled, but the police officers of the district division who shared the 911 call went to the house to check the situation.

This is because, according to the ‘Stalking Crime Response Manual’ created in September, even if the report of violence between lovers is canceled, the case must be closed after checking the scene.

Inside the house were a woman in her 20s and a man in her 40s who had injuries to their arms.

Cannabis and inhalers were also found during the search.

Mr. A appeared on TV several times as a director of a dermatology clinic in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul.

A told SBS reporters, “The woman was self-harm, and she was rather assaulted, such as being hit in the face with a blunt weapon.”

“It is true that cannabis was found in the house, but he did not purchase or inhale it,” he said.

The police booked A and a woman in her 20s on charges of special injuries.

A is also charged with possession of narcotics, and the National Forensic Service is checking whether he has inhaled marijuana.
