New infections were also confirmed in Wonju, Busan, and Daejeon, Gangwon-do, and the number of infected people, including those who came from abroad, increased to 13 cities and provinces nationwide.

As the number of suspected Omicron confirmed cases with epidemiologic connection reached 154, the spread of Omicron is expected to continue for the time being.
