U.S. President Joe Biden said yesterday (21st) local time that it is a patriotic duty to vaccinate against COVID-19 and appealed again to Americans, “Please get the vaccine.”

President Biden made this remark in a speech to the public at the White House on the afternoon of the same day explaining his strategy to counter the spread of the new mutant Omicron, a new mutant of COVID-19.

President Biden said all Americans have a patriotic obligation to vaccinate, saying there is reason to be concerned about Omicron for those who have not been vaccinated.

President Biden said more than 200 million people are now vaccinated and ready to fight Omicron with the equipment and knowledge to respond to patient care, saying he will not go back to March last year, when the United States went into full lockdown.

President Biden said that booster shots provide the strongest protection, noting that former President Donald Trump recently disclosed that he had been given booster shots. I begged you.

President Biden announced on the same day that he would provide 500 million self-test kits free of charge to applicants through the mail and increase testing facilities.

He also explained that he would increase the number of vaccination stations from the current 80,000 to 10,000, and provide 1,000 military doctors and nurses to help hospitals.

President Biden has urged “stop it now”, saying dangerous disinformation on cable TV and social media is driving people not to be vaccinated.

He also called these companies “wrong and immoral”, saying they were making money by lying but could kill their customers and supporters.
