Court cancels search warrant for Kim Woong… Review of ‘reappeal’ by the Ministry of Airlift

The court accepted the application for a quasi-appeal filed by Rep. Kim Woong of the People’s Power to cancel the search warrant for the National Assembly member’s office of the High-ranking Public Officials Crime Investigation Office (Public Investigation Office), which is investigating the prosecution’s allegation of indictment. However, since the evidence obtained from Rep. Kim’s office is inconclusive, it does not seem to have a significant impact on the investigation of the Airborne Division. Judge Chan-nyeon Kim, who is the 31st detective of the Seoul Central District Court, cited the quasi-appeal of the search and seizure requested by Rep. Kim on the 26th.
