On the same day, the Jeonse price for the same area on another floor was 900 million won, a difference of more than 300 million won.

It seems to be the difference between a new contract and a renewal contract.

Of the 100,000 renewal contracts, 53.5% used the renewal request right, and 76.3% of the rents were raised to less than 5%.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is currently disclosing seven items included in the fixed date, such as housing type, contract date, and rent.

The government expects that providing additional information to accurately determine the surrounding market price will increase tenants’ bargaining power.

However, it seems unlikely that the expansion of information disclosure will have an immediate effect on the Jeonset value.
