State visit to Sweden
Which royal fashionista stands out in terms of fashion?
Not only Queen Letizia and King Felipe of Spain dressed up for their state visit to Sweden, the Swedish royal family can also score points in terms of fashion.
If there is a royal discipline that the royals master in their sleep, then it is the stylish appearance. At least that’s what Queen Letizia, 49, Princess Victoria, 44, and Princess Sofia, 36, prove at the state banquet in Sweden.
Leitizia and Felipe: State visit to Sweden
The Spanish Queen Letizia is not only considered to be extremely fashionable, she also always resorts to cheap clothes, which makes her seem more approachable. She also goes for affordable fashion for the state banquet in Sweden: She wears a dark blue tulle dress without sleeves by H&M. The back of the dress is held together by two large loops. An eye-catcher, as it is in the book! The 49-year-old also wears the “Fleur de Lys” tiara and a gold clutch.
Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden has worn a similar dress before. For the state banquet, however, she chooses a completely different look. She chooses a robe that is already known from her: a pink floral dress by Frida Jonsvens Couture. She also relies on a gold-colored clutch. As usual, she wears her hair in a deep bun and the “Aquamarine Kokoshnik” tiara sparkles on her head. The tiara is actually one of the favorite pieces of her sister, Princess Madeleine of Sweden, 39.
The nicest outfit of the evening
However, the best look of the evening wears Princess Sofia of Sweden. In a white mermaid dress from the British label Safiyaa, she steals the show from everyone else. In contrast to the others, the dress is very figure-hugging and has a draped detail on the shoulder. Duchess Meghan also relies on clothes from the luxury label again and again. Sofia combines a silver clutch from Louboutin with the white dress. She also wears a tiara: the “palmette” tiara, a gift from Queen Silvia, 77.
Incidentally, at the state banquet, she relies on a very classic, bronze-colored robe by the German designer duo Georg and Arend Zizelmann. She also wears the “cameo” tiara.
