Democratic presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung will visit Honam, the heart of the Democratic Party, for four days.

It is a part of the national public tour that goes around every corner of the area on a mata bus (minsaeng bus that runs every week).

The election committee said that candidate Lee would travel a total of 1,300 km from Honam in four days.

It is a route that stops by every constituency in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do.

First, we will visit Mokpo, the political hometown of the late former President Kim Dae-jung, and then visit Shinan, Haenam, Jangheung, Gangjin, and Yeosu in Jeollanam-do and head to Gwangju, the heart of Honam, on the 28th.

In Gwangju, the first regional election committee inauguration ceremony will also be held.

On the 29th, at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju, a ‘National Election Committee Meeting’ in which citizens can participate will also be held.

Initially, the election committee had planned the official schedule for 3 nights and 4 days, but in fact, as candidate Lee went down to Gwangju to pay tribute to the late Mr.
