A forgotten landscape has been revived. On the 19th, the ‘Agricultural and Fishery Products Direct Market’ opened in the square in front of Seoul City Hall and caught the footsteps of passersby. Due to the spread of Corona, it was reopened for the first time in about two years since Chuseok in 2019. Since 2009, the city of Seoul has been helping citizens’ households and farmers by opening a market for prosperous and rural residents in Seoul Plaza before every Chuseok holiday. Due to Typhoon Lingling, the opening has been postponed and reduced.
