A stage is set up in the Daedohobu area, which was the government office of Gangneung during the Joseon Dynasty, and various traditional performances are held.

Under the soft moonlight, the audience gathers outdoors, laughing, cheering, and enjoying the performance amidst the harmony of various lights.

It is a night tour of Gangneung cultural assets to enjoy cultural assets and performances at night.

A maximum of 350 people can attend each performance, and a maximum of 5,000 people can enter the entire 40,000-square-meter festival hall.

With the gradual recovery of daily life, various festivals that have been suspended or reduced are moving to revive one after another, raising expectations from local merchants.

[차은주/지역 상인 : 축제를 안 했을 때는 사람들도 구경하기 좀 힘들고 그랬는데 축제를 하면서 홍보도 많이 되고 앞으로도 이 동네가 활성화가 돼서 너무 좋고.]

The Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival, the largest winter festival in Korea, is also set to be held in January next year.
