US singer Britney Spears (39) has regained her freedom after 13 years under guardianship. A judge in Los Angeles lifted the relevant requirements on Friday. Libeskind plant 61 Meter Büroturm in Potsdam
A 61-meter-high office tower based on a design by US star architect Daniel Libeskind is to be built on the edge of Potsdam’s Babelsberg Film Park. The tower should be surrounded by four buildings with heights of 26 and 41 meters, explained Libeskind when presenting his design in Potsdam. The curved buildings were inspired by film reels, camera shutters and lenses, the architect explained: “Because in Babelsberg the beginning of the cinema, that is the moving image, was long before Hollywood,” said Libeskind. Office space for around 5,000 jobs is to be created in the high-rise buildings on 94,000 square meters. The city councilors still have to give the project the green light.
Bremen art award for Shirin Mohammad
The Bremen Karin Hollweg Prize 2021, endowed with a total of 15,000 euros, goes to the artist Shirin Mohammad. Van Gogh auctioned for $ 70 million
