First snow in Seoul… 30 days earlier than last year

The first snow fell in Seoul on the 10th. The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that the first snow was observed at 6:10 am at the Meteorological Observatory in Songwol-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. The first snow in Seoul was observed 30 days earlier than last year and 10 days earlier than usual. For 48 years since 1973, when the national meteorological observation network was established, the average date on which snow was observed in Seoul is November 21.
