People’s Power Presidential Candidate Yoon Seok-yeol visited the Garak Market in Songpa-gu, Seoul for the first official schedule after the election.

As a presidential candidate, his first appointment as a mayor visit is interpreted as an intention to deliver a message to take care of the people’s livelihood.

Candidate Yoon walked around the market today (6th) and talked with merchants.

At one store, when a merchant said, “The sales aren’t very good these days,” Yoon said, “Hold on a little bit, be strong.”

After visiting the market, Candidate Yoon met with reporters and explained, “I came to Garak Market in the morning because it is a place that is closely related to the lives of consumers as well as business people.”

Regarding the argument that Democratic Party candidate Lee Jae-myung should pay the national disaster relief fund, he said, “Compensation for COVID-19 damage to small business owners and the self-employed should be approached from the point of view of compensating for losses. You must not do it,” he said.
