This expert said that it is better to buy a 4th or 5th year villa without a price bubble than a new one for real residence.

Also, he advised that the more new construction, the less the land support, and the fact that villas purchased after the end of June will be liquidated in cash instead of occupancy rights if public redevelopment is done, he advised.
